Quiz data helps us understand which guides to write next and, if you request a clinic match, to pass your contact details to a relevant clinic. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

AI hair consultant

If you use the AI consultant, the messages you type are sent to third-party AI providers (for example Google, Groq or Anthropic, depending on how the service is configured) so they can generate a reply. Please do not enter your name, contact details or medical records. Conversations may be stored in anonymised form (your IP address is hashed, not stored) so we can improve the service and fix problems. You can ask us to delete a conversation through the contact page.
